EPPING FOREST BURIAL PARK WINS NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD
This award recognises the exceptional customer service and passion for meeting the needs of their clients that forms a major part of the Woodland Burial Parks ethos.
Epping Forest Burial Park beat off stiff competition from seven other finalists including Abel & Cole, Butlins and Telefonica O2 UK. Overall, 13 companies and 10 individuals were awarded for their contributions to customer service over the past 12 months – and considering the calibre and sheer volume of the entrants this year – winning an award is no mean feat.
A judge of the National Customer Service Awards commented: “Epping Forest Burial Park won the award because they demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and respond in a way that touches and inspires.”

Epping Forest Burial Park – the second of three parks owned and operated by Woodland Burial Parks - is truly a cemetery for our time. The National Customer Service Award is the third win for Epping Forest Burial Park this year alone. In August, the park received a Green Flag Award for the second year running, and just last month the team took home a Gold Green Apple Award for their dedication to sustaining the environment.
